Our History

How We Started

MUET FM received a radio license from the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority – PEMRA on July 20, 2018, under the category of non-commercial/educational radio. The campus radio disseminates radio programs focused on education, latest advancements, and innovations as well as research in the fields of Engineering Sciences, Information Technology, Medical Health, and Day-to-day Affairs. This radio station is being operated “by the students, for the students” under the supervision of the most experienced and qualified staff.

MUET FM transmission schedule aka Programming Mix includes radio shows based on a variety of genres` such as documentaries, talk shows, interviews, event coverage, lecture series, talent hunt, book reviews, and much more. MUET FM priorities the program content according to the latest trends and advancements in the world of health and sciences
